Solo Founder, Fresh Bite
I am Mrityunjay Prabhakar — a young entrepreneur from Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh. In 2025 I discovered that military forces worldwide eat hot meals in a battlefield using just water and a chemical pad. I couldn't stop thinking — why does no civilian in India have access to this? That question became Fresh Bite. Built from scratch — no co-founder, no investor, no safety net — because I believe the next great Indian food category will be built by someone hungry enough to pour water on a pad and wait 8 minutes.

The Discovery
Discovered military Flameless Ration Heater technology. Realised zero civilian equivalent existed in India. The question that started everything.
Fresh Bite Founded
Founded Fresh Bite under SNG Ventures in Sundarnagar, Himachal Pradesh. Zero backing, zero co-founder, zero safety net.
Prototype Validated
Self-heating mechanism successfully tested. Mg-Fe alloy heater achieving 100°C+ steam in 8 minutes with just 30ml of water.
NIFTEM Incubation
Officially onboarded at NIFTEM Technology Innovation and Business Incubation Foundation. Reference NTIBIF/INC/2025-26/93. India's premier food technology institution.
National Outreach Begins
150+ B2B cold outreach across 12 industries. Formal proposals to DGH, MoPNG, NAFED, WFP and MEA-DPA. Active pilot discussions underway.
First Pilot Launch Target
First institutional pilot deployment. Target 500+ units at first B2B client. First revenue milestone.
